Microsoft 365 Copilot Readiness
A diagnostic of license fit, governance posture, and rollout plan before you turn Copilot on.
2–3 weeks
Services
Twelve productized SKUs across diagnostic, strategic partnership, and targeted-project work.
Every Stratum engagement is productized. A defined deliverable, a fixed price, a written SOW, and a principal who runs the work. We sell three shapes — short diagnostics that produce a written roadmap, a recurring partnership that operates as fractional IT leadership, and targeted projects with clear endpoints and known costs. The twelve SKUs below are the ones we run today. If your situation looks adjacent, the discovery call is the place to scope the fit.
Diagnostic engagement
From $3,500
A short paid review of a specific area — your Copilot readiness, your full IT environment, or your cloud spend. The output is a written assessment with a prioritized roadmap. The roadmap is yours whether you continue working with us or hand it to your existing team or MSP.
A diagnostic of license fit, governance posture, and rollout plan before you turn Copilot on.
2–3 weeks
A one-week paid diagnostic of your IT environment, with a written roadmap you keep.
1 week
A fixed-price audit that names the spend you can cut, in dollar terms, with effort and risk per line item.
1–2 weeks
Connector setup, governance design, and staff orientation for SMBs activating Claude for Small Business.
4–6 weeks
Six-domain infrastructure check before AI rollout — identity, data, network, cloud, security, cost.
2–3 week diagnostic
Strategic partnership
From $1,200/month
Senior IT leadership without the headcount. A retainer covers the recurring shape — monthly check-ins, a quarterly business review, on-call advice, a living roadmap. The Strategy Workshop is the bounded shape — a one-day intensive when a leadership team is facing a decision and the internal cadence isn't structuring the conversation well enough.
Monthly cadence, quarterly business review, living roadmap, on-call advice between cadences.
Monthly cadence
A paid one-day intensive when a leadership team is approaching a decision and wants to get it right.
1 day
Ongoing monthly advisory as your AI landscape shifts — monthly session, quarterly deliverables.
Recurring
Executive technology judgment for mid-market firms between a vCIO and a full-time CIO. Weekly cadence, board-ready quarterly output.
Monthly cadence
Targeted project
From $3,000
A defined technology change with a written SOW, a fixed price, and a known endpoint. M365 migrations with the licensing worked out before the cutover. Identity modernization that ships MFA and Conditional Access together, not just MFA. Process automation that lands one workflow in production — not six half-built.
A fixed-price M365 migration with licensing, right-sizing, and TechSoup eligibility worked out before the cutover.
3–6 weeks
A fixed-price move from on-prem Active Directory to Entra ID — with MFA and Conditional Access, not MFA alone.
3–5 weeks
One manual workflow replaced with Power Automate, SharePoint, and Forms. Shipped to production, not handed off as a backlog.
2–3 weeks per workflow
Policy, risk tier framework, and shadow AI inventory — built for organizations getting ahead of informal AI use.
3-week project
AI Services
Governance policy, infrastructure readiness, and ongoing advisory — each is designed for a different stage of AI adoption. The AI services page explains where each one fits and which is the right starting point for your situation.
See the AI services cluster →A 30-minute call to size the fit. We work through your situation, name which SKU shape lines up (or whether a tailored scope makes more sense), and surface the questions worth asking before the SOW gets written. No commitment leaves the call; no follow-up cadence kicks in if the fit isn't there.
When the fit is clear, the next artifact is a written SOW — scope, deliverables, fixed price, timeline, and the explicit out-of-scope list. SOWs incorporate the Stratum MSA by reference; both documents are reviewed together before signature. No verbal handshakes, no T&M creep, no "we'll figure out the price as we go."
Corey runs the work. The deliverable arrives on the schedule named in the SOW. Most engagements include a written summary, a roadmap or remediation plan, and a walk-through with the stakeholders you want present. The walk-through recording is yours; the written deliverable is yours.
Bring it to a discovery call. We'll figure out the right shape together — or refer out if Stratum isn't the right home for the work.
