Terms of Use

Effective: 2026-04-28 Last updated: 2026-04-28

These Terms govern your use of stratumitservices.com (the “Site”). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

These Terms cover the Site itself, not the consulting services Stratum delivers. Any engagement we take on is governed by a separate signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW). Browsing this Site, booking a discovery call, or sending us an email does not create a consulting, advisory, fiduciary, or attorney-client relationship.

1. About us

The Site is operated by Stratum IT Services, LLC, an Indiana single-member limited liability company. Contact: corey@stratumitservices.com.

2. Permitted use

You may view, print, and share pages from the Site for non-commercial, informational purposes, and you may contact us through the Site. You agree not to:

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, logos, wordmarks, illustrations, layout, and code — is owned by Stratum IT Services, LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may quote brief excerpts of Site content with attribution. Substantial reproduction, repackaging, or republication requires our written permission.

The “Stratum” wordmark and visual identity are trademarks of Stratum IT Services, LLC.

4. No advisory relationship from Site content

Anything published on the Site is general information, not specific advice. IT, security, and operational decisions depend on context that the Site does not have. Before acting on anything you read here, get advice that is informed by your actual environment — from us under a signed engagement, or from another qualified advisor.

5. Discovery calls

Free discovery calls scheduled through the Site are exploratory conversations about whether a paid engagement makes sense. They are not billable consulting and do not establish an ongoing advisory relationship. Anything we discuss in a discovery call is informational; binding deliverables require a signed SOW.

The Site may link to third-party sites (LinkedIn, Microsoft Bookings, etc.). We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, practices, or terms. Following an outbound link is your decision.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stratum IT Services, LLC and its members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

For paid engagements, liability is governed by the MSA and SOW that the parties sign — not these Site Terms.

9. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to the Site or these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
